Q-Storage in Medina is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and maintain machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts; previous experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams.
• Familiarity with machinery (lathes, mills, presses).
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production specifications
• Operate machines to produce parts/components according to quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet all specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
