Job summary

Client of Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Officer based in Riyadh to manage the complete procurement and logistics cycle for a premium residential villa project, coordinating with project teams, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely sourcing, delivery and quality.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in construction procurement and logistics, with strong knowledge of Saudi suppliers, international sourcing, and import/export procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and logistics within construction, luxury residential, hospitality or high‑value building projects.
• Experience with Saudi suppliers, international sourcing, customs procedures and construction material logistics.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: develop and execute procurement plans; issue RFQs; evaluate quotations; negotiate pricing and delivery terms; manage POs and supplier records.
• Material & Supplier Coordination: ensure materials meet specifications; manage supplier approvals and documentation; coordinate inspections.
• Logistics Management: plan local and international deliveries; coordinate customs clearance and site delivery schedules; monitor shipments and resolve delays.
• Project Coordination: liaise with PM, Construction Engineering, Interior Design and Site teams; provide procurement status updates and risk mitigation.
