Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional pastry experience in luxury hospitality.
• 4–5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, or pâtisseries.
• Expertise in classical French pastry and chocolate artistry.
• Strong financial understanding including food cost management and budgeting.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a world-class pastry program across all outlets.
• Oversee a contemporary French pastry program rooted in classical techniques and modern presentation.
• Create signature desserts and showpieces with balance, texture, and seasonality.
• Ensure outstanding quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Develop seasonal menus, VIP offerings, and boutique guest experiences.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and rigorous sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing pastry team.
• Collaborate with Culinary Operations to plan menus and pre-opening strategies.
• Manage production planning, costing, and waste reduction while preserving premium quality.
