Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring attention.
