Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets using deep product knowledge and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate closely with team members to foster a supportive store environment and meet goals.
• Welcome and advise clients, delivering unparalleled service and building lasting relationships.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliant, efficient store operations including merchandising and stock management.
• Serve as brand ambassador, conveying the Maison’s heritage and storytelling to deepen client engagement.
