Azure is seeking a Loyalty Programs Manager to develop, implement, and manage loyalty initiatives across residential communities and business operations. You will craft value-added benefits, exclusive offers, and experiences while building strategic partnerships to enhance retention and satisfaction.

The role works with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and other departments to align loyalty with the company’s objectives and premium service standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Customer Experience, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Loyalty Programs, Customer Experience, CRM, Commercial, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience in developing strategic partnerships and negotiating customer benefits and exclusive offers.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, engagement, retention, and customer experience strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the Loyalty Programs strategy.
• Design and manage loyalty programs, benefits, rewards, and exclusive privileges for residents and customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the resident/customer journey through loyalty initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with hospitality, retail, F&B, entertainment, wellness, lifestyle brands.
• Negotiate exclusive offers and experiences for loyalty program members.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and other departments to implement loyalty initiatives.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeted loyalty initiatives based on profiles and engagement.
• Monitor program performance, participation, retention, utilization, and engagement metrics.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to improve the loyalty proposition and experience.
• Develop campaigns to increase awareness, participation, and usage.
• Manage relationships with loyalty partners and ensure benefits delivered.
• Manage loyalty program budget and resource utilization.
• Prepare regular reports for management on performance, partnerships, costs, insights, and recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for trends and opportunities.
• Ensure loyalty initiatives align with brand positioning and service standards.
