Job summary

The American International School - Riyadh seeks a licensed full-time Elementary School Teacher for the 2027-2028 school year. The teacher will design and deliver standards-aligned lessons for K-5, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold AIS-R’s core values.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with a valid teaching certificate (North American or equivalent), have subject-area certification, and possess English fluency and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid teaching certificate (North American or equivalent).
• Certification in subject area and/or grade level is required.
• Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of full-time K-12 teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver lessons aligned with AIS-R standard curriculums and teaching standards.
• Maintain effective classroom management and track student progress.
• Collaborate with families through conferences and timely reporting of student progress.
• Support after-school activities and co-curricular program involvement.
