Job summary

Meituan seeks an experienced IT and weak‑current project professional to support Keemart stores & warehouses in Daman, covering weak‑current design, construction management, full project lifecycle follow‑up, and IT operations & maintenance for overseas projects.

You will coordinate broadband activation, organize clearance of resistances, and manage long‑term network resources while supporting IT equipment operation and a 7x24 support model in multiple Middle East locations.

Qualifications

• English and Arabic communication required; Chinese language skills preferred.
• Degree in CS or related field; at least three years as weak‑current PM or IT support; Cisco or Huawei cert preferred.
• Capable of weak‑current design & implementation; diagnose faults; strong IT desktop and maintenance skills.
• Willingness to work long‑term in a designated Middle East city; on‑site inspections and expansion support.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle 7x24 tasks and flexed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support weak‑current construction design and construction management in Daman; manage full project lifecycle.
• Provide IT equipment operation support at Keemart stores and warehouses; resolve local IT failures.
• Support international projects in the Middle East and Latin America with design and remote incident management.
• Oversee overseas warehousing and store weak‑current engineering construction, including planning, design, and acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction across overseas projects.
• Operate and maintain overseas retail IT desktops and IoT hardware (PDAs, printers, CCTV, access control, sensors).
• Understand network routing and wireless protocols; deploy and debug overseas network equipment.
• Participate in 7x24 IT operation & maintenance; handle faults and ensure overall IT infrastructure.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the weak‑current construction of Keemart stores & warehouses in Daman, covering weak‑current drawing design, construction management, full project lifecycle follow‑up, and subsequent engineering operation & maintenance; coordinating broadband activation, organizing resistance clearance, and long‑term broadband resource procurement.
• Support operation of IT equipment at Keemart stores & warehouses after opening in Daman, coordinating resources to resolve local IT equipment failures, and providing professional IT technical support & assurance.
• Support Keemart's international business needs, including drawing design, remote IT incident management, and follow‑up work for projects in other Middle Eastern & Latin American countries and cities.
• Full‑lifecycle project management of overseas self‑operated retail warehousing and store weak‑current engineering construction, including project planning & design, construction process management, acceptance & review.
• Coordinate engineering quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction of overseas weak‑current projects.
• Operate & maintain overseas retail warehousing, store IT desktops, and IoT intelligent hardware (PDAs, computers, printers, CCTV, access control, temperature & humidity sensors).
• Understand network routing & wireless protocols, deploy & debug overseas IT network equipment (firewalls, switches, APs); handle daily issues.
• Participate in 7x24 IT operation & maintenance support, handle faults such as network disconnection, networked terminals, and abnormal use of IoT hardware in the warehouse, ensuring overall operation of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English & Arabic; Chinese language skills preferred; respect & adapt to local Muslim cultural customs.
• College degree or above in computer science, communication engineering, system integration or related fields; at least three years of experience as weak‑current project manager or IT support professional, with CISCO or Huawei network certification preferred.
• Capable of weak‑current design & implementation; familiar with basic principles of network equipment operation, able to diagnose & handle faults; strong IT desktop foundations & operation & maintenance skills.
• Willingness to work long‑term assignments in a designated city in the Middle East; able to undertake on‑site inspections, support warehouse & store needs, and dispatch requirements for business expansion to other cities & countries.
• Strong sense of responsibility & work resilience; able to accept flexible scheduling of project requirements and compensatory time off, and respond to occasional fault repairs & project support tasks 7x24.
