Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and support timely distribution.

You will lead a team, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor KPIs, and optimize storage layouts. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field and 4–6 years in logistics (1–2 in supervision) are preferred.

• 4–6 years in logistics or warehouse ops; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing preferred.

Role Purpose:

To supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution of goods, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support overall supply chain objectives.

Job Accountabilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Supervise logistics activities, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse to protect personnel, goods, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy, to evaluate performance and drive operational improvements.
• Manage stock levels and organize storage layouts to optimize space utilization and enhance efficiency within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align logistics and warehousing activities with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to build a competent and compliant team.
• Maintain records of inventory movements, inbound/outbound shipments, and warehouse expenses, supporting reporting and budget management.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control tools.
