Warehouse Design & Material Flow Definition
You design the project warehouse to meet operational needs and define material and information flows at the start of the project. You ensure logistics concepts are structured correctly from day one, preventing downstream disruptions during construction and delivery phases.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain and planning activities, applying knowledge of international and local material flow optimization. You support the continuous improvement of logistics processes to align with project and business objectives.
You develop and provide appropriate training for team members to enhance skills and performance, and drive a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning within the logistics team. You ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all logistics activities.
Alstom is delivering some of the most ambitious rail and metro projects in the GCC — including active programs across Saudi Arabia as part of Vision 2030's massive public transport infrastructure push. A Logistics Engineer role on a major KSA rail project gives you direct exposure to large-scale project supply chain design from the ground up, a genuinely rare experience that accelerates career progression toward Senior Logistics Engineer or Supply Chain Manager roles in the infrastructure and industrial sectors. The international career mobility Alstom explicitly offers — across functions and countries — adds meaningful long-term value beyond the role itself.
Alstom's compensation framework includes comprehensive social coverage covering life insurance, medical, and pension — a structured benefits package that is above average for the KSA engineering sector.
