Position Information

Position Title: Logistics Supervisor

Reporting Line: Construction Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KAFD Project)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall logistics activities during the construction stage, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials and personnel in line with project schedule and site constraints.


• Develop and implement the project logistics plan, including transportation routes, access arrangements, laydown areas and resource coordination.


• Coordinate with Employer, Engineer and relevant stakeholders (e.g. KAFD authorities) to implement logistics plans and obtain required approvals.


• Control material in-and-out movements at site, ensuring safe, orderly and efficient logistics operations.


• Supervise subcontractors’ and suppliers’ logistics activities to ensure compliance with project logistics arrangements and site requirements.


• Identify logistics-related risks (traffic, safety, environmental, etc.), define control measures and monitor implementation.


• Coordinate logistics interfaces with construction planning and promptly resolve logistics-related issues affecting construction progress.


• Participate in planning and execution of heavy lift, oversized transportation and logistics for key milestones.


• Act as the logistics focal point for coordination with Employer, Engineer, estate management and relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Engineering Management, MEP, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics management or site coordination within engineering projects.


• Familiar with logistics management processes and typical challenges in large-scale construction projects.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.


• Proficient in English as a working language, both written and spoken.


• Able to work in a project site environment, with strong execution capability and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management for large estates or constrained sites (e.g. CBD or mixed-use developments).


• Logistics management experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.


• Experience in oversized transportation, heavy lifting or critical logistics activities.


• Familiar with estate management approval processes and traffic management requirements.
