Job summary

Quest Search and Selection Ltd is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to drive efficient end-to-end supply chain operations, from warehouse to customer, within a premium consumer brand. You will manage 3PL relationships, monitor inventory, and analyse KPIs, partnering with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to optimise service levels and cost.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or fulfilment operations.
• Experience with 3PL providers and performance monitoring.
• Strong inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience analysing costs and process efficiencies.
• ERP proficiency: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service levels, operational performance, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse performance, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support warehouse governance activities, stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Analyse logistics costs, transportation performance, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Partner with customer service and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes, delivery performance, and operational workflows.
• Support tender processes, supplier reviews, and performance evaluations for logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and local logistics requirements.
• Assist with importation, customs, and related supply chain activities where required.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports to support business decision-making and performance management.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or fulfilment operations.
• Experience managing or working closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience analysing operational performance, costs, and process efficiencies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
• Fluency in English.
