Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Logistics Operator to support inbound/outbound shipments, documentation, and compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork and accurate coordination within a cross-functional environment.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in logistics or related fields and 1–3 years of logistics experience, with basic ERP/SAP knowledge and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs clearance activities is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities in line with delivery schedules and operational requirements.
• Arrange shipment bookings with approved freight forwarders and transportation service providers.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, collect, and maintain shipping documents and logistics records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support customs clearance activities by coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure material availability and delivery requirements.
