Job summary

Saudi Power Procurement Company seeks an experienced transportation and supply chain leader to supervise land and marine transportation plans, carrier relationships, permit acquisition, and regulatory compliance. The role will support coordination with ARAMCO, SEC, Procurement, and Treasury to ensure seamless logistics, budgeting, and invoicing through ERP systems.

Candidate will oversee fuel scheduling, shipping with ARAMCO Trading, and alignment of vessel dimensions with plant facilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management roles, including fuel supply chain management.
• CSCP or similar professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise land and marine transportation plans, carrier relationships, and secure permits while complying with safety and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to resolution of transportation issues and disruptions with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with ARAMCO, SEC, and external authorities to schedule deliveries and align activities with Procurement and Treasury.
• Supervise ERP entries for invoices and develop operating and five-year energy budgets.
• Update reports, monitor expenses, define routes, set prices, and manage contracts with relevant parties.
• Coordinate safety awareness workshops with the Security and Safety Department and supervise fuel schedules and vessel dimensions alignment with power plant facilities.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise land and marine transportation plans, carrier relationships, secure necessary permits, and comply with safety and regulatory standards. Contribute to resolution of transportation issues and operational disruptions with contingency plans. Support collaboration with ARAMCO, SEC, and other external authorities to schedule land and marine deliveries and logistics, and align activities with internal departments like Procurement and Treasury for seamless supply chain integration. Supervise ERP entries for invoices, develop operational and five-year energy budgets, update reports, and monitor expenses, define routes, set prices, and manage contracts in coordination with relevant parties. Implement evaluation of unloading platforms, contractor, licenses, and manage safety awareness workshops in coordination with the Security and Safety Department. Supervise fuel schedules and quantities, shipping schedules with ARAMCO Trading Company, and provide documentation and alignment of vessel dimensions with power plant facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in management roles, including fuel supply chain management. Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing strategic initiatives, and executing fuel supply chain operation, and sustainability initiatives. Professional certifications in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP) are preferred.
