Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and have Arabic language proficiency. This is an on-site position with visa sponsorship opportunities and relocation support as policy permits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries across carriers, freight forwarders and drivers.
• Manage transport schedules, documentation, tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with import/export and customs procedures in KSA/GCC.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain operations.
• Skilled in Logistics coordination, shipment planning, transportation, documentation, tracking, Excel, ERP, and communication.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, import/export documentation, customs procedures, transportation KPIs, and KSA/GCC logistics practices.
• Experience with coordinating shipments, deliveries, drivers, freight forwarders, customs documentation, and transport schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: supply chain operations: 4 years (Preferred)
• Language: Arabic (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person

• Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
• The Company will provide applicable allowances in accordance with its policies and the terms of employment.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Dammam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
