Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment planning, documentation, and carrier coordination in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on coordination with drivers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate KPI tracking.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and have Arabic language proficiency. This is an on-site position with visa sponsorship opportunities and relocation support as policy permits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language: Arabic (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries across carriers, freight forwarders and drivers.
• Manage transport schedules, documentation, tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with import/export and customs procedures in KSA/GCC.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
