The role requires coordinating with suppliers and transport providers, preparing shipping docs, and ensuring regulatory compliance across local and international shipments. English and Arabic communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods, and coordinating logistics operations to meet the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery.


• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Transportation Coordination:

• Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.


• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure compliance with timelines.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation, including customs paperwork.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to align logistics operations with business needs.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.


• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• 5+ years of Proven experience in logistics coordination.


• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities


• Candidate must have complete knowledge of Airfreight, Express shipments, LTL, FTL, Ocean, Bulk etc.
