• Perform accurate data entry into logistics, ERP, and TMS systems.
• Prepare and distribute logistics documentation.
• Assist the Logistics Manager with administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
• Maintain and archive logistics files to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Support onboarding processes for new team members.
• Assist in preparing logistics performance reports.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Maintain customer and vendor databases.
• Provide backup support for administrative functions.

Education
