Leidos Arabia in Saudi Arabia seeks a Logistics Analyst to support the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. This full-time onsite role focuses on material receipt, inventory, and procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a BA or equivalent, up to two years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills. English proficiency is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain open order files for NSCs outstanding purchase materials and coordinate with USN/SAIC CAM for shipments.
• Distribute incoming shipment information and airway bills to RSNF Logistics officer for customs clearance.
• Arrange return RMA shipment for equipment repair or return to vendor.
• Maintain open purchase order files for NSC tracking of outstanding materials.
• Verify that received materials conform to PO/contract specs and process related receipts.
• Perform receipt check-in and inspection of incoming materials (MTIS).
• Investigate overages, shortages, or damages and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare rejection notices, material inspection reports, RODs, and related invoices.
• Segregate received materials for storage or direct turnover to customers.
• Identify shelf-life items and ensure timely issuance before expiration (e.g., toner cartridges).
• Prepare Monthly Supply Report, weekly shipment status, and monthly logistics activities reports.
• Support CAM lifecycle tracking, coordinate with US Navy and RSNF, and provide timely communications.

Job description

Leidos Arabia is seeking a Logistics Analyst to work full time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain open order files for the NSCs outstanding purchase material main support is USN and SAIC CAM incoming shipments.
• Distribute the incoming shipment information Copy of Airway bill DD 1149-incoming materials details etc to the RSNF Logistics officer for the arranging the customs clearance.
• Arrange return RMA shipment for equipment repair or change etc to send it back to the vendor.
• Establish and maintain open purchase order files for the Naval Support Center NSC for tracking outstanding purchase materials.
• Ensure that all received materials conform to the purchase order or contract specifications and quantities and process the related procurement receipt documents.
• Perform the receipt check-in and inspection of all incoming materials including Material Turned-Into Store MTIS.
• Investigate any material receipt overages shortages or damages and initiate the necessary corrective actions and correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute rejection notices material inspection reports Reports of Discrepancy RODs and invoices related to material receipts.
• Segregate received materials for storage or for direct turnover to customers as required.
• Identify shelf-life items and ensure they are issued before the expiration date Toner Cartridges etc.
• Prepare the Monthly Supply Report.
• Prepare shipment weekly status Report and distribute to respective personnel.
• Prepare monthly logistics activities report and send to IKM and SAIC admin office.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Officer related to US Navy and SAIC CAM equipment BA degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. MS Office English language comprehension Must be able to work onsite. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Managing all Contactor Acquired Material CAMs, receiving them, auditing the received CAMs against what is supposed to be in the delivery sometimes referred to as a bill of material or manifest. Tracking this on a excel spreadsheet, working closely with Gilbert on the CAM lifecycle. Attending the 5pm Engineering Synch every Wed., Providing a weekly status report by COB on Thursdays. Responding to email with the US Navy Logistics POC, tracking, and managing these materials. Able to do physical inventory and audits of these materials. Working with the O&M, USN and RSNF with timely communications. Being responsive and proactive. Able to work independently.
