Job summary

Electra is seeking a diligent Purchase Runner to source, collect, and deliver materials across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting the Procurement team with supplier selection, quotations, and timely purchases for events and projects. The role requires strong negotiation, local market knowledge, and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities include supplier visits, quality verification, and maintaining procurement records while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of local supply markets and procurement processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Source materials, products, and samples from local markets across KSA.
• Visit suppliers to assess quality, quantity, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate purchases and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Maintain records of purchases, quotations, and deliveries.
• Support compliance with procurement policies and cost controls.
• Collaborate with procurement team to identify new suppliers.
