Job summary

The role involves site monitoring as needed, site qualification, regulatory submissions, budgeting, CTMS setup, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across CRA/CSA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Local Clinical Project Management experience.
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local Study Team (CRA/CSA) to deliver study components on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site identification, qualification visits, and site initiation.
• Oversee regulatory submissions to EC/IRB and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain study budget and country-level fSMA documentation.
• Set up and manage CTMS at country level and monitor through study closure.
