Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks accordingly.
• Ensure all loading/unloading procedures follow safety regulations.
• Check quality and quantity of goods being loaded/unloaded.
• Maintain records of shipments.
• Train new loaders on techniques and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with truck drivers for timely loading/unloading.
• Address equipment malfunctions during loading operations.
