Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist – Training Administration to oversee the LearnLab LMS/LXP platform, manage learner accounts, and publish content. You will coordinate training calendars, handle onboarding, and track completion data to support senior stakeholder decisions.

The role requires strong LMS administration, content authoring, and data reporting capabilities, with attention to detail and cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience administering LMS/LXP platforms and learner accounts.
• Ability to publish and maintain digital training content in LMS/LXP.
• Strong data handling and dashboard/reporting capabilities.
• Proven track record coordinating training calendars and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day LMS/LXP administrator for the LearnLab.
• Manage learner provisioning, access, enrollments, and certificates.
• Coordinate training calendars, sessions, and attendee communications.
• Handle in-person training logistics and facilitator support as needed.
• Publish learning content, track completion, and maintain metadata taxonomy.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to senior management when required.
