Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The candidate will drive sales, maintain brand standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and initiatives.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in retail and a high school diploma, with added advantage for related retail qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certificate required.
• Retail related qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and brand standards.
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs with the store team.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Buying and Planning for promotions and events.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the store manager's absence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and stock control.
