Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to safeguard guests at the pool and recreation areas. You will monitor activity, enforce rules, and respond quickly to emergencies with trained CPR and First Aid.

You’ll conduct regular safety checks, educate guests on pool safety, maintain incident records, and collaborate with recreation and security teams. You must hold current CPR and First Aid certifications and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified lifeguard with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
