Job summary

JobLeader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in pharmacy and be ready to work with a wide range of pharmaceutical products.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a valid Saudi license, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will ensure accurate dispensing, manage inventory, monitor interactions, and counsel patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent is required.
• Valid Saudi Arabia pharmacy license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their uses/side effects/contraindications.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with customers/patients, staff members, etc.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all drugs dispensed and that all prescriptions are accurately filled according to the doctor's directions.
• Maintain inventory levels with appropriate expiry dates, stock levels, and other requirements.
• Monitor drug interactions, allergic reactions, contraindications, and other information related to the drugs being dispensed.
• Prepare reports regarding drug sales and inventory levels for management review.
• Counselling patients on medication use, side effects, and other related medical topics.
• Provide advice on dosage forms as well as generic or brand name equivalents of medications.
