Job summary

Moyasar is seeking a Legal Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will support the legal needs of our growing fintech and payments business, drafting contracts and reviewing regulatory matters to keep our activities aligned with applicable laws.

You will collaborate with various teams, monitor regulatory developments, handle documents for SAMA and other authorities, and coordinate with external counsel as needed. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a Legal Specialist or similar role.
• Proven experience reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements.
• Strong understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid legal documentation skills.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to different teams across Moyasar.
• Review business arrangements and identify potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to our payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments.
• Support matters related to SAMA and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Support corporate governance and other legal activities as needed.

About The Role
