Job summary

Moyasar is seeking a Legal Specialist to join our team and support the legal needs of our growing fintech and payments business. You will work across departments to draft contracts, review regulatory matters, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws.

You will monitor regulatory developments, assist with SAMA matters, and maintain essential legal records. Arabic and English communication skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
• Experience as Legal Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to Moyasar teams across the organization.
• Review business arrangements and identify potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments.
• Support matters related to SAMA and other authorities.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team at Moyasar and support the legal needs of our growing fintech and payments business.

You'll work closely with different teams on contracts, legal documents, regulatory matters, and day-to-day legal support, helping ensure our business activities remain aligned with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to different teams across Moyasar.
• Review business arrangements and identify potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to our payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments.
• Support matters related to SAMA and other government or regulatory authorities.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Support corporate governance and other legal activities as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a Legal Specialist or similar role.
• Good experience reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements.
• Good understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and legal documentation skills.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
