Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Legal Advisor – Employment to support our growing legal team. The role focuses on advising on employment matters, ensuring legal compliance, and providing pragmatic guidance across the business.

Reporting to the Employment Team Lead, you will draft agreements, manage case files, and liaise with external counsel and authorities. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in employment law and an LLB or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• LLB Degree (minimum) or relevant legal qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within employment law.

Responsibilities

• Review employment contracts and related documents to ensure compliance with local labor laws and business needs.
• Provide clear employment law guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Assist with employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
• Prepare legal assessments, case summaries, and compliance recommendations.
• Represent the company in Labor Office proceedings and court hearings when required.

Are you a qualified legal professional with a strong foundation in Saudi employment law? We are looking for a Legal Advisor – Employment to join our growing legal team and play a key role in providing expert employment law support across the business.

Reporting to the Employment Team Lead, you will be responsible for advising on employment matters, ensuring legal compliance, managing worker relations issues, and supporting business stakeholders with pragmatic and commercially focused legal guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

Employment Law & Advisory

• Review, draft, and advise on employment contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and business requirements.
• Provide accurate and practical employment law advice to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, performance management, resignations, and terminations.
• Prepare legal assessments, case summaries, and recommendations aligned with legal requirements and business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted local point of contact for employment-related queries and worker relations matters.

Legal Documentation & Case Management

• Draft employment agreements, official correspondence, legal reports, court submissions, and regulatory documentation.
• Attend mediations and labor court hearings where required.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and employment-related case files.

Compliance & Legal Support

• Monitor developments in Saudi labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Employment Team Lead on emerging legal risks and compliance obligations.
• Support regional legal initiatives and key legal projects.
• Provide day-to-day legal and employment support to stakeholders across the region.

Qualifications & Experience
