We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing F&B Manager to lead the leasing operations for high-end food and beverage outlets across our luxury real estate developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting premium F&B brands, managing leasing activities, and creating an exceptional dining destination that enhances the overall luxury experience of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Strategy & Market Development

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract premium local and international F&B brands aligned with the luxury positioning of the projects.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging luxury dining concepts and industry trends.
• Develop tenant mix strategies that optimize footfall, maximize revenue, and elevate the project's lifestyle offering.
• Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective luxury F&B tenants.
• Manage the entire leasing lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiations to lease execution and tenant onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium F&B operators and industry stakeholders.

Lease Negotiation & Contract Management

• Lead commercial lease negotiations and structure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Review and finalize lease agreements in compliance with legal and financial requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure seamless execution of lease transactions.

Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking

• Monitor market trends, competitor developments, rental rates, and consumer preferences within the luxury F&B sector.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support leasing strategies and pricing decisions.
• Ensure the project's F&B offering remains competitive and attractive to high-end clientele.
• Collaborate with development and property teams to design an optimal mix of fine dining, casual luxury, and specialty F&B concepts.
• Oversee space allocation and support tenant fit-out processes to ensure compliance with luxury project standards.
• Ensure the tenant mix enhances customer experience and aligns with the project's brand identity.

Financial & Performance Management

• Prepare leasing forecasts, rental projections, and profitability reports.
• Manage leasing budgets and ensure activities are executed within approved financial parameters.
• Monitor rental income and support the timely collection of lease payments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with development, design, operations, and property management teams to ensure successful delivery and handover of leased spaces.
• Partner with marketing and events teams to promote F&B destinations and increase customer engagement.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote leasing opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare regular reports for senior management on leasing progress, revenue performance, and tenant occupancy.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and identify opportunities to improve business performance and customer traffic.
• Manage lease renewals, tenant satisfaction initiatives, and occupancy-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate leasing, with significant exposure to luxury developments and high-end F&B leasing.
