Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.
• Observe asset status using real-time data to optimize maintenance resources and minimize downtime.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: JIT, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA.
• Operate production machines per SOP and related instructions.
• Develop, implement and enhance processes, tools, and training to respond quickly to customer needs while controlling output, quality and cost.
• Schedule production activities to minimize time and cost and maximize efficiency.
• Inspect tools, parts, materials, and finished goods to identify deviations and address them.
