raafa is seeking a Physiotherapist to lead injury prevention, workforce conditioning and early clinical intervention. The role includes establishing risk-based pre-employment assessments and strengthening health screening in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop fitness-for-work pathways, conduct ergonomic risk analyses and deliver evidence-based prevention initiatives across raafa sites, while supporting the WHS Manager and broader health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and/or Injury Management practices.
• Hands-on experience with musculoskeletal injuries and clinical management.

Responsabilités

• Lead injury prevention, workforce conditioning and early clinical intervention.
• Establish and manage risk-based pre-employment musculoskeletal assessments.
• Review and strengthen pre-employment health screening with stakeholders.
• Establish fitness-for-work pathways and functional assessment standards.
• Conduct job-task and ergonomic risk assessments to reduce injury risk.
• Manage Early Intervention cases including rapid assessment and treatment.
