Job summary

Amplar Health Home Hospital is seeking a casual Physiotherapist to join our Transition Care Service, working across Walkerville and the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide CBD. Shifts are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse patient caseload, help patients reach functional goals, and support discharge planning and community reintegration. Essentials include at least one year of physiotherapist experience, experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of physiotherapist experience.
• Experience in sub-acute, rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• SA Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or willing to obtain.
• Be able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
