Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive telemedicine care for adults across general internal medicine and haematology.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions across organ systems.
• Order and interpret investigations and coordinate referrals with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and manage anticoagulation and transfusion considerations.
• Engage in population health initiatives and quality improvement activities.
