Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a competent Surveyor to join our team and contribute to precise measurement and mapping of construction sites. You will collect and analyze data to support accurate construction planning and execution, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years of surveying experience, a relevant degree, proficiency with Total Station, AutoCAD, and GPS, and a strong adherence to safety standards on Saudi projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of surveying experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient with modern surveying instruments and software (Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS).
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data on land, structures, and construction sites.
• Utilize surveying equipment and software to measure distances, elevations, and angles.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records, sketches, and reports of survey findings.
• Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to provide necessary survey data.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during fieldwork.
• Assist in setting out construction works according to design plans and specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments as needed.
