Job summary

Work corp seeks a motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will perform field surveys, capture topographic data, and prepare boundary and site data for construction projects.

You will work with engineers and planners to ensure precise results and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 3 years of surveying experience, strong math skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other technical documents.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using GPS equipment and other surveying tools.
• Measure and record property boundaries, topography, and other necessary data.
• Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data collection for project planning.
• Follow all safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey results.
• Keep up-to-date on new surveying technology and techniques.
