Job summary

KBR is seeking a Static Supervisor to lead technicians in oil & gas maintenance projects at client sites in Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes safe operation, adherence to SATORP procedures, and high-quality workmanship under tight schedules.

Responsibilities include receiving work instructions, guiding the team, using the right tools, and maintaining housekeeping. The ideal candidate has substantial field experience and strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receive jobs, work instructions, drawings and specifications from Supervisor and perform the work.
• Lead the team of Technicians and use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Operate basic machine tools and perform installation and maintenance according to procedures.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE compliance; maintain housekeeping and good quality workmanship.
• Attend toolbox talks and report near misses and safety concerns.
