Job summary

KBR is seeking a Static Technician III to maintain static equipment and piping systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair. The role requires guiding a team of technicians and ensuring adherence to SATORP procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications include 4+ years in oil & gas maintenance or 2+ years with a diploma, plus relevant certification. Strong communication and proactive organization are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third‑party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
• Leading the team of Technicians.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.) Receive necessary work permits before starting of work.
