KBR seeks a Static Supervisor in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia, for oil & gas maintenance leadership. The role involves receiving work orders, guiding technicians, using specialized tools, and performing installations and maintenance per SATORP procedures.

Emphasis on safety, quality, and timely completion with strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate should have extensive experience in oil & gas maintenance, be well organized, and able to lead a team to meet safety and project

Formación

• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Assist in analysis of reoccurrence of mechanical failures and recommend corrective action.
• Lead a team of Technicians and ensure work is performed to required standards.

Responsabilidades

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specifications.
• Lead the team of Technicians.
• Operate and use heavy duty tools and basic machine tools as required.
• Perform installation and maintenance per procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE usage; attend toolbox talks.
