Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) seeks a Lead Specialist Technical Solutions to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across mining, processing and enterprise operations. You will provide architectural leadership, ensure security and resilience, and align initiatives with enterprise standards.

You will jointly define end-to-end architectures, enable delivery teams, oversee integration, and promote reusable patterns to accelerate value realization while maintaining performance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred in a relevant technical or management discipline.
• Relevant solution architecture, cloud, integration, agile, or delivery certification is advantageous.

5 10 years of experience

10 years of experience in technical solution design, digital delivery, engineering, applications, analytics, data, or related technology environments. Proven experience leading solution design activities and guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams through implementation. Experience translating complex business requirements into integrated and scalable technical solutions. Experience working across architecture, OT, IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and enterprise application environments.
