AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead cost control, measurement, valuation, and commercial administration for major infrastructure projects. The role requires strong contract compliance, effective cost management, and collaboration with project teams.

You will oversee interim valuations, change management, procurement support, and final accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and value engineering opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• MRICS/APC or equivalent membership preferred.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects and FIDIC contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify construction works according to contract requirements and approved drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and verify contractor quantities.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare valuation reports and payment recommendations.
• Evaluate variation requests and cost estimates for proposed scope changes.
• Monitor expenditure and prepare project cost forecasts.
• Assist with contract administration and claims processes.
• Support tendering and procurement activities.
