Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for major mission-critical projects in KSA. You will oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Management System and drive quality performance from construction through handover.

The role requires strong QA/QC leadership on large capital projects, extensive experience with ISO 9001, ITPs and NCRs, and coordination with contractors and PMO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and implementing QMPs.
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs, audits, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, and reviews; manage NCRs and corrective actions.
