Job summary

Decima International is seeking a seasoned QA/QC leader to drive quality on major construction and data-center projects in the Middle East. A bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering and extensive QA/QC management experience are required; ISO 9001 knowledge is essential.

The role focuses on inspections, ITPs, audits, NCR management, root cause analysis and KPI reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, EPC, or PMC environments.
• Strong knowledge and practical implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Plans.
• Extensive experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, quality documentation, and compliance management.
• Strong experience reviewing, closing, and escalating NCRs.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management.
• Experience monitoring and reporting quality KPIs to senior project stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
