Job summary

James L Williams Middle East is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our Planning team, supporting major Data Centre construction projects in KSA. The role focuses on developing and updating programmes, monitoring site progress, and delivering planning reports to ensure alignment with approved schedules.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 6 years of planning experience in construction/MEP projects, and strong Primavera proficiency to support baseline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of planning experience in construction, data centres, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera.
• Experience in scheduling, progress monitoring, resource/cost loading, and planning reporting.
• Baseline programmes, delay monitoring, and EOT processes.
• Strong planning and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with relevant planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project programmes for data centre projects.
• Monitor site progress and report status to management.
• Prepare planning reports and baseline programmes.
• Support delay notifications and EOT submissions.
• Assist in preparing and submitting Baseline Programmes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of MEP activities.
