CSI Global is seeking a Planning Engineer to join its Riyadh head office, supporting planning and schedule control across construction, facilities management, and electrical testing projects. The role owns project schedules from baseline through close-out and provides management with visibility on schedule performance and risk.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background with 2–5 years in project planning, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong MS Excel and progress reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare baseline and detailed project schedules with WBS, milestones, and critical path.
• Develop and control schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with PM, Commercial, Procurement and Site teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to project performance.
