Job summary

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company (SAPAC) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead MEP Technical Office Manager to lead MEP technical activities on major construction projects, ensuring designs, codes and specs are met. You will oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, BIM coordination, design reviews and site support.

You will manage MEP teams, coordinate with architecture, structure and civil disciplines, resolve clashes, and drive technical quality from concept through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 10–15 years of MEP construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Office; Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP Technical Office Engineers and staff.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, IFC and as-built drawings.
• Manage material submittals, RFIs, and consultant approvals.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and other MEP systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site problems.

• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site technical problems.
