Job summary

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. seeks a Planning Incharge specialized in mechanical shutdown and turnaround for the oil & gas sector. You will lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate with engineering, maintenance and operations, develop detailed work plans, manage schedules and mitigate risks to avoid delays. Saudi market experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in planning and managing mechanical shutdown and turnaround projects in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of shutdown and turnaround processes, procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or similar oil & gas clients preferred.
