Job summary

ABIS in Saudi Arabia seeks a PS Execution Incharge / Head - Mechanical - Shutdown / Turnaround to lead all mechanical shutdown activities. You will plan, schedule, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects safely and on time in a fast-paced energy environment.

You will develop execution plans, monitor progress, ensure alignment with safety, quality, and client requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects.
• 3+ years of managerial or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with PM tools and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
• Develop detailed execution plans and schedules aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor progress, performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks in shutdown operations.
• Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned.
