Job summary

GulfSea Services in Riyadh is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on our construction projects. The ideal candidate has at least five years of masonry experience and at least two years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum as a Mason.
• Two years minimum in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Knowledge of building materials and their uses.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication in English (Arabic a plus).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Train new masons on techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor work quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Order materials and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
