Job summary

GulfSea Services in Riyadh is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on our construction projects. The ideal candidate has at least five years of masonry experience and at least two years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and clear communication.

Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a Mason Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of masons in our construction projects in Riyadh. As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience working as a Mason and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate with their team.

• Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and make necessary adjustments.
• Order materials and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise.

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Mason.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Knowledge of different types of building materials and their uses.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
